Montessori Course / Curso Montessori (4/7)

I almost forgot to post about this 🙂 but I guess it’s not too bad, as there’s no session this week.

Last Friday we focused on how to introduce “the world” to the little ones. It being a very broad term, there were a variety of treasure baskets and activities: dinosaurs and jungle animals for the babies, and planets, flags, maps, magnets, colours, clocks, dolls, musical instruments, stuff from different cultures etc for the older ones.

Messy play was really cool as they played with a very strange gloopy substance, in between solid and liquid, made from corn flour and water.

Chloe really enjoyed “reading” a book and eating a giraffe 🙂
